Local Remote Suport (Help Desk)
Our Remote Support Team is available to assist. you and your staff Monday through Friday from 8am to 5pm MST. Most issues can be resolved in as little as 15 minutes, sometimes less. Report Support Services bill in 15-minute increments for $49.99. Issues requiring extended time or hands-on troubleshooting are escalated for a scheduled onsite support visit. SimpleIT and AnswerIT customers receive unlimited Remote Support as part of their monthly service agreements.

*New workstation and/or new user setups generally require onsite service as this work can require several hours of labor to configure the user profile, application installs and access, network permissions, printing, etc.
Onsite Service
To schedule on-site work, call our office at 970.243.3311. After an appointment is set, one of our certified engineers or technicians will arrive at your place of work and effectively solve your computer or networking problem in a professional manner.
In-Shop Service
You are always welcome to drop off your computer for service. Our shop time has a quick turnaround and our technicials will continually keep you updated on the progress of your repair.
Billing & Accounting
E-Billing
We have made a commitment to save you time, money, and valuable resources through electronic billing. We will contact you for your company’s billing email.
** Managed Service bill on the first business day of each month.**
